Escrave is a project created by Corey Boiko, heretofore referred to as the main admin (or primary admin). He is responsible for development, graphic design, copy writing, project management, blogging, marketing, customer relations, and any other duties required for the success of Escrave app.

The Escrave app (https://escrave.com/app) is made to collect usage and purchase information related to habits, to be seen ONLY by the user. For this information to be accurate in any sense, it is a given that the user understands that information is being stored (and analyzed), however, this information is ONLY stored in the users environment, and hence cannot be seen by any person from Escrave.
Information collected on the user's environment about their habit is entirely based off of self-report, and not gathered without user consent, through alternative means.
The app does not require a user to identify themselves via Email, name, address, or any other means, before they can use the app.
The nature of the Escrave app (https://escrave.com/app) is that users intentionally create data about their habit, for self-analysis purposes.
When visitors leave comments on the blog site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the blog site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to your author page on the blog website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
No cookies will be added to your browser while using the Escrave app (https://escrave.com/app). There is a possible cookie to be added from the blog site comment form.
If you leave a comment on our blog site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
No analytics are presently being used on this site, or for the app contained herein. Escrave, and the main site admin reserve the right to begin using analytics software at any time. Analytics software includes, but is not limited to, Google Analytics.
Any data collected about visitors for the purpose of analytics will, necessarily, be shared with the analytics software company. That information may be shared by the main admin or affiliates with anybody, in person or in an online setting, given that no personally identifiable information is present directly leading to the identity of any single user of the site.
Any data generated using the Escrave app (https://escrave.com/app) is not retained or visible to any admin or affiliate of Escrave, it is not stored in any facility accessible to Escrave. Your data is, however, stored indefinitely in your browser. At any time, a user can clear all of the data that they have created using the Escrave App.
If you leave a comment on the blog site, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register to blog on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Inside the Escrave App (https://escrave.com/app), you have the ability to remove records, or the entire storage of actions.
If you have an account on the blog section of this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Visitor comments on the blog site may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Otherwise, only the admin will be able to view your comments, and will be responsible for accepting them to display on the main page.

Escrave App (https://escrave.com/app) is an isolated application which is created from only front-end code, so your environment is unaffected by other, potentially malicious, users. Additionally, any malicious user trying to infect the app via inserting/stealing records from a central database has no recourse. Not keeping a centralized database for our user's information also allows us to refuse giving your information to any government or commercial agency.
As a final precaution, the app does not allow users to mark what their addiction/habit actually is. This prevents any commercial vendor of addictive goods/services to be able to use the data generated in the app.
There is one developer responsible for writing code for Escrave, and the Escrave app (https://escrave.com/app), and one account with access to the server holding code hosted at Escrave.com. One account being used by only one developer greatly reduces the possibility of data breaches, as well as making the audit process much faster, in the case of a breach.
